Management system for a children’s therapy center with two locations: patients, sessions, schedule and cash register in one place.
The challenge
Everything lived in a manual Excel file. The center needed to know, per patient, how many sessions were bought, used and left — and parents kept asking.
What I built
A vanilla JavaScript single-page app on Supabase, with roles for admin, reception and therapists and row-level security. Each patient gets a unique QR: parents scan it to see their child’s sessions without a password, and reception scans it for a fast check-in.
