Stack

DB Courier

Live website for a USA-to-Peru import courier: landing page, instant shipping quote, order registration, package tracking and an internal operations panel.

The challenge

The business ran on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Customers needed to quote a shipment and track an order on their own, without forcing the owner to change how she works overnight.

What I built

A framework-free site in vanilla HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with a serverless API on Netlify Functions over Supabase PostgreSQL. The quote calculator runs entirely in the browser with the business’s real rules; tracking returns only the requested order. Staff work from a panel with two roles, enforced twice: row-level security in the database and role checks in every function.
